WILLOW

Willow is a high-quality, ready-to-wear contemporary womenswear label developed in collaboration with a team of fashion marketers. The objective of this project was to explore and apply buying and merchandising theory. By implementing key aspects such as buying decision-making, product assortments, budgeting, retail space planning, and designing an in-store narrative, we were able to develop financial literacy and strategic thinking aimed at optimizing retail sales.
